Fake Reaction Talent Show
As part of a TV-themed virtual team celebration for a 190-person org at Capital One, (more context here), I wanted to find a way to include Leadership without overburdening them in terms of prep and contributions. I asked them each to preform a “talent”, either real or made-up, and then I spliced the footage together with clips of judges’ reactions from old America’s Got Talent and X-Factor episodes.
