“Just Saiaing”

I spent a couple years writing the world’s most entertaining internal bank newsletter for a 400+ person design team at Capital One, and added a section at the bottom of each email called “Just Saiaing” with things on my mind or an anecdote from my life. It was a huge success—someone once told me their husband asked to hotspot their work laptop from the car during a beach vacation to read that week’s newsletter. When I stopped writing the newsletter, I started gradually adding the greatest hits to this Medium publication.
